I need some help and support getting back on track

Hey ladies!! I need some serious help! I have been sick with the flu for the past 4 days meaning eating virtually nothing and no working out. (I am refusing to weigh myself bc the pounds I'm losing are definitely not healthy). I'm slowly starting to feel better, but I think I've only kept like 500 calories down over the past few days. Now eating anything is a struggle. I will try to eat something healthy, but I can only eat a few bites before feeling extremely full. When I try to force myself to keep eating I feel naseated and get headaches. How do I get back on track in a healthy fashion when eating anything feels like a punishment. PLEASE HELP! I'm considering taking meal replacements until I am 100 percent better. Please let me know how to get out of this slump.

All i can really think is to eat as much healthy stuff as you can at the moment, even though you know your body needs more. Pushing it may only set your health back further. As you get better, you should gradually be able to eat more and more. Just wait it out.

btw. im sorry you've been so sick, i really hope you feel better soon!

I agree your body will let you knwo what it needs. I would try some mild things first like really brothy soups and crackers sugar free jello's things like that that are easy on your tummy. then start adding more solid hearty/ nutritional things back into your diet each day... You could make some shakes and add some protein into them made with bananas and strawberries, yogurt and some skim milk or whatever else you like to at least be nutritional and hearty but yet it doesn't require any "eating"
