ugh... luckily it was all healthy things and I am not over cals but, none the less I now only have 180 left for the whole day
I have no clue what I can have as a fulfilling dinner on 180 cals! I could eat a bunch of lettuce/salad but I wouldn't be able to put any condiments on it like dressing or croutons which is what makes salads so tasty to me, and I cant stand a dry salad.
or I could have a lean pocket for 200 cals and just go over by a little but i don't think it would fill me up and it's full of sodium!
