Drinking a meal twice a week....

Okay so with school starting I really don't have much choice than to drink dinner 2 times a week. I am okay with this, meal replacements occasionally don't bother me I am just trying to get the right mix of what will fill me up, and be nutrient rich. Things like artificial sweeteners and that don't really bother me so no need to talk or worry about those things.I take 3 bottles of water to school. I am there for about 7 hours straight. So here's what I am thinking of...

1 scoop of my protein powder-100 calories
1 scoop of slim-fast chocolate royale powder-110 calories
1 serving of powdered skim milk-80 calories
1 serving of powdered fiber supplement- 20 calories

I can take this and mix into my cold water when I have a short break.

That's 310 calories, 27.8 g of protein, 36.6 g of carbohydrates, 6.2 g of fiber

Does this sound okay for a liquid meal replacement, any suggestions from anyone.

That sounds like a pretty good mix to me. I think I would be pretty satisfied from that, the fiber will be a good boost.

It may add more calories than you're looking for, but I used to add oats (whizzed up first in the blender) to morning shakes when I was headed out the door. It added bulk to the shake which seemed to help me not feel like eating in 30 minutes or so.

Thank you for the suggestion. I actually plan on making up a few different recipes so I don't get bored with the same thing over and over again.

I want everything to be mixable with water (adding the powdered milk of course makes it taste better, creamier, and just like mixing it with milk). I want to keep everything in small baggies. Snip the corner and put it into a water bottle.

I've got one quite 'bad day' this semester. Although I only have classes from 12-5, I have no breaks and I live about 45 mins away (leaving an hour ahead of time). I'll likely walk in the morning and maybe do some strength training before I leave. I know I won't want to eat lunch at 11am, dinner won't be a problem. I'll definitely need to have something easy to carry, but fairly filling. I've started looking at protein bar recipes (oatmeal, peanut butter, protein powder, etc.) to fill the gap.
