INGREDIENTS
* 1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese
* 1 TSP of Sugar Free Strawberry Preserve [More depending on your taste]
* 2 TBSP of Cool Whip Lite [More if you want it to have a thicker ice cream flavor]

STEPS
1. Take out 1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese.
2. Mix in a small amount of Strawberry Preserve until cottage cheese is evenly pink.
3. Mix in about 2 TBSP of Cool Whip Lite [Taken straight out the freezer]. I just take a spoon and grab a big chunk.
4. Thats it! Enjoy! You can eat it like this. No need for the freezer!
OPTIONAL STEPS
* You can put the the freezer and stir it every 30 minutes or so, in hopes of getting it to an "ice cream consistency." But I'm lazy and I don't think it is worth your trouble.
* Throw on some Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup.
* Throw on some nuts.
* Go wild, it is a good base to work off of.
