What kind of scale do you use, and are they pricey?

I like to weigh things, especially when I'm not sure what the portion should look like. I have to admit to measuring/weighing a few times to see what it looks like, and then I will "measure" things out by a sight estimate once I feel like I know what the portion is.

No reason to drop a bunch of cash on a food scale. We have a cheapy that goes from oz/g and has a tare function. That's really all you need. It was $15.00 or so at BBB.

My scale is a $50 dollar model, however, that being said you do not need to spend that much. Mine is that expensive because it has nutritional facts for 999 items, and room for 101 more items that you enter in yourself.
