Default Week of 7/6 Calorie Counting Buds!

New thread for a new week!

Hope everyone had a great Fourth! I did.

Today I have already done my workout, so I am glad to have that out of the way. I had a banana with my fake peanut butter (which I love) for breakfast (150 calories) and cheese tortellini for lunch (300 calories). I had some chedder rice cakes for a snack (150 calories). So doing good today. I am planning a huge salad for dinner with chicken, romaine, spinach, and vidalia onion dressing! Yay!!

I had a fun fourth, with the exception of the heat and the 1million mosquito bites....
Anyhoo, I had a few drinky poos on the 4th but got back on track yesterday. My scale went up a pound to 214. I'm not weighing in again until Friday, so here's to being on track!
I did my ab/strength of the 30 day shred last night and tonight it's the treadmill on a 5 incline. wish me luck, my knees are hurting, although my legs are starting to look good.....

The 4th was bad for me, see the other thread lol
I just had a tablespoon of buffalo chicken dip with 10 tostitos for my snack... the kids ate the rest. Its G.O.N.E, Thank goodness!!!
My 2 year old is sick with the flu, 103 fever so no gym for me today, and I NEED it!

((Dawn)) I hope your little one is feeling better soon!! I have 4 kids too.. there isn't really much "downtime" is there?? Try to get to bed early, you can always work out tomorrow.. doing that when you're overtired isn't good!

My day went well.. Dh bought me a new pedometer!! I've only been wearing it since late this afternoon, but I can't wait to see how many steps I get in a "typical" day... should be interesting! It's like a new toy.. haha!!

I ate well today, haven't done my workout yet.. have a housefull of kids, so will sneak it in tonight after I get 2 yr old in bed!!

I hope that baby feels better soon! It is so hard when they are sick. The only thing my kids like to share is germs, so when one is down the others follow.

I had my salad and chicken for dinner. I am at my calories because I had a few snacks in between (rick cakes and light and fit cookies) so now I am just trying to keep my mind off all the stuff I want to eat. Namely, more cheddar rice cakes. I love them.

Also, I was so happy at the gym today that the scale still said 224 after I did a little damage this weekend. I don't think I went over what my "maintenance calories" would be for my weight, but I wasn't at my normal 1400-1700.

I somehow managed to drop a pound over the weekend. Not bad. We were camping and due to rainy weather we didn't get to have a single campfire, so no smores, baked apples with caramel, etc. And I kept it under control at the 4th of july party. I am sure I went up to if not over, but not by much.

Today I have done ok. Tea (0 calories); potato chips for lunch (bad I know, but that's all I had... about 300 calories), burger and fries for dinner (900 total). So I am sitting at 1200 calories for the day so far.

I want to go run, but it is raining (Again!) so it isn't looking good.

Melode, I can't imagine camping without smores, but I guess it worked in your favor!!!
Potato chips for lunch?!!

I'm exhausted today. Last night I did NOT want to workout but I got on that darned treadmill anyway, then took an icy cool shower afterwards and I felt WONDERFUL. Now I'm trying to figure out what to make for dinner tonight. Its the hottest it's ever been on record here and even grilling sucks!!!!
How is everyone today? Oh, and I haven't been on the scale yet...not until friday!!

Sorry! I am here and still on plan!! I have been busy with life in general and a friend having a personal crisis. But I have been reading! I love to look at the pictures in the Goal! Section. Very inspriring. Helps with late night cravings which is when they get me the most!

Hope everyone else is doing well. Tomorrow is weigh in day. Yee-hah.
