New thread for a new week!
Hope everyone had a great Fourth! I did.
Today I have already done my workout, so I am glad to have that out of the way. I had a banana with my fake peanut butter (which I love) for breakfast (150 calories) and cheese tortellini for lunch (300 calories). I had some chedder rice cakes for a snack (150 calories). So doing good today. I am planning a huge salad for dinner with chicken, romaine, spinach, and vidalia onion dressing! Yay!!

I hope your little one is feeling better soon!! I have 4 kids too.. there isn't really much "downtime" is there?? Try to get to bed early, you can always work out tomorrow.. doing that when you're overtired isn't good!
I've only been wearing it since late this afternoon, but I can't wait to see how many steps I get in a "typical" day... should be interesting! It's like a new toy.. haha!!
