10lbs in 5 Weeks!-A Brag Post
I know I said I wouldn't weigh myself until Friday, but I couldn't help it. This morning I weighed in at 212....I've lost 10lbs in 5 weeks!!!!
It's pretty cool to see that calorie counting works, along with killing myself exercising. This is a great motivator for me, since I've been thinking about binging for a few days now. Now I'm looking at the calendar thinking "Ok, if I keep this up, that will be 20lbs the week of August 10th, 30lbs the week of September 14th....." 10lbs!!!! WOOOTTTTTTT!!!!!!! :carrot: |

Awesome job! I'm doing about the same as you and I still feel really stoked. Started my diet on the 1st of June and down a good 12 lbs.
I think people don't realize that pretty much all diets are a form of calorie counting....at least calorie restriction. I don't know people resist doing it. It's not any easier to count carbs or fat grams, or count points, etc. We still have to track what we eat. I personally am sticking to this method, and the longer I do it, the easier and more accurate I get. |
