well if you gotta do it...

  • I don't binge often but I have been really stressed since I got back due to finances, no work, etc. Well I totally just pigged out.

    Of course knowing that this DOES occasionally happen where I need to eat till I am nearly sick, I keep canned low sodium vegetables and canned fruit in juice, etc. I just totally stuffed my face and I'm so full I can't move. I did it on, let's see... about 400 calories in mushrooms, green beans and spinach. LOL. I'm still under maintenance calories for today.

    I think once I can move again comfortably I'll ride the bike for a while.
  • *nods nods* It may not be healty but I keep stress snacks at work so if I feel the need for emotional eating I can do it without blowing the day. I keep jerky for the aggressive rendy days and tiny individual wrapped chocolates for the comfort days. :P
  • country fried steak is my weakness. I gave in last night. Today wasn't much better. I have to do this, I have to conquer this!
  • I've had similar 'healthy' binges. I've realized that I'm fighting a behavior, and so that's in the past.
