Skinless Salmon
 

I don't know if this is the right place to post this but I'm having a really hard time finding the calorie amount in a 7oz piece of salmon. Most websites give pretty differing amounts, and none of them mention whether they're talking about skinless or not.

I appreciate it, sorry if this is an annoying question.

Do you happen to know what kind of salmon it is? Atlantic or Pacific? Wild or Farm raised? Red, Pink, Silver or King? Most importantly would be whether its red, pink, silver or king as they have varying amounts of fat.

My husbands family runs a salmon fishing business in Alaska so I know that the reasons there are variations in the calories is because there are variations in the fish themselves.

All I know is it's wild salmon. I live in NY so it's probably atlantic. I think it's pink salmon.
