Default Energy/Protein/Whatever Bars

I usually exercise more than an hour each day, so I like to treat myself to a protein fruit smoothie or bar. My favorite bars are Luna and Balance. What do you guys eat?

I've been trying to stay away from them, but my hubby eats a Kashi bar every day.

I eat Pure Protein High Protein Bar - Chocolate Deluxe. It's fantastic! 180 calories, 20 g protein, 0 Trans fat and 2 g sugar. Yummy!

I stay away-too many calories. I do LOVE the chocolate chip power bars though....

I don't eat them often, but if I don't have time for breakfast I will eat a balance bar. 210 calories and 15 gr protein.

I love Mini Clif bars (100 calories) or Mini Luna bars (80 calories each I think) as a post workout snack. I also eat Clif bars (chocolate chip and chocolate brownie are my favorites), Luna bars or dark chocolate Zone Perfect bars for a quick meal on the go with a piece of fruit or cup of yogurt or soy milk.

I will eat half of one of these occasionally. They are so dense I don't think I could eat whole one.

The only bars I eat are Cliff Nectar bars and Lara bars. They have no added sugars and few ingredients.

I agree on the Pure Protein bars - love the Chocolate Deluxe and Chocolate Chip. I also like the Chocolite Protein bars and the Promax 70 bars, though they are more difficult to find.

I an afraid of the ingredients. I treat myself with a piece of organic, dark chocolate. YUM.

I eat a NutriGrain peanut bar - 170 calories. It's not organic or anything but I haven't been able to like Kashi (sawdust!!)

I wake up by 6:00 every morning and want to get my metabolism going right away, especially since I'm working out by 7:30am but need a better breakfast to do it because I'm not like 170 calories.
