Good morning ladies! Any goals today?

  • Good morning! Anyone have any goals set for themselves today?

    I'd like to:

    1. Stay under my calories (have done this all but one time so far)
    2. Do my Leslie Sansone walk/jog dvd.
    3. Do some toning exercises tonight, 15-20 min after the kidlets are in bed.

    That's it for me! How about you?

    2. Treadmill for 30 minutes and bike for 30 minutes
    3. Going off of #2 I would LOVE to RUN for 10 of the 30 minutes on the treadmill, running is so hard for me

    2. Try to be as active as possible despite my foot
    3. Help my DH to cook a nice meal since he has been so helpful lately and just needs a little bit of help.
  • 30 mins on the treadmill AFTER working all day, grocery shopping and errands tonight...and choosing healthy food at the restaurant tonight. I'm Mother Hubbard; my cupboards are bare!
    Oh, and I can't stop thinking about a cheeseburger. MMMM, cheeseburger....

    2. Go for a walk tonight (been doing 30 minute walks at night, need to keep it up!)
    3. Do my abs and buns & thighs exercises! (I have been slacking on these lately and haven't done it in like a week )

    I vetoed my DVD and did 1/2hr. Wii Active instead! So will do about 20+ minutes of toning later tonight & I'm good to go!

    How about mini goals? Running for 1 minute out of every 10 to start... Then maybe next week 2 minutes out of every 20, etc.. Maybe an easier way to meet your goal?
  • 1) I won't have time for my usual Eliptical workout tonight so my goal is to walk for 30 min during my lunch break
    2) Drink at least 64 oz of water ( I do pretty good at this most days)
    3) Get more protein in my diet.
  • Well, my day is half over and so are my goals, but here they are anyway:

    1. Stay in calorie range (so far so good, although lunch was a little high at 500+)
    2. Workout with Maya on My Fitness Challenge (done, and it was great)
    3. Two walks in the neighborhood with the kiddos (one down, one to go)
  • 1. Stay within my calorie range and eat more veggies.
    2. Doing an hour long JM video banish fat boost metabolism.
    3. Doing either the stairmaster for 30 minutes or the eliptical.

    This is my day off so i try to get in as much exercise that i can.
