Do any of you do "cheat days"? And if so, do you just eat whatever you want one day a week, or allow yourself something outside of your diet one dday a week? Just curious.
Personally, I don't do cheat days. If I want a piece of chocolate, I'll eat a piece of chocolate. The hard part is eating only ONE. I'm afraid that if I do an entire day of "cheating"....the whole plan is out the window.
