Grocery List

  • Anyone know where I can find a grocery list online for like low cal and healthy foods. I always feel when I make my own list it doesn't consist of a lot of foods. I need some variety.
  • Thanks for the grocery list! i'm not an official vegetarian, but ever since I started eating better for weight loss and counting calories, I eat less andless meat! It's a good feeling.
  • Thx for the list. How did you feel about SBD? I've been on and off it a few times and I see it really works for others but I can't seem to stay on it. The food leaves me bloated and feeling off.
  • Great List! Here are a few things that I get that I didn't see on the list

    Popcorn (I get 100cal bags for ease)
    Crystal Light
    FF Cool Whip
    SF Instant Pudding and/or SF Pudding Cups
    SF Jello
    Almond Milk
    Chicken Breasts
    Peaches
    Cereal (I get Kashi Go Lean, Cheerios, and Blueberry Special K for a treat)
    Deli Turkey/Ham
    A1 (my absolute must have condiment)
    Banana Peppers (I use these with Turkey Sausage to make yummy little pizzas)
  • My master grocery list also has all of the spices I use on it. I have a ton of spices, I go through and toss them every 6 months but there are some I use up long before they go bad, like red pepper flakes, cumin, chipotle powder, curry powder/paste, coriander, fennel seeds, and smoked paprika.
