My husband and 3 other of his friends have occasional "cookoffs" where they pick something and they all make their version of it. This time it's hot sandwiches. I'm a little nervous because It's been a month since I started counting calories and I'm nervous about it. I had two ideas....either eat very few calories that day up until the cookoff or eat before I go so that I only need a "bite" of each one. What would you all do in this situation?
