cebs. your photos are amazing! Well, you are alot farther than me. But at least that scale is moving. I forget what my orginal goal was--I think 170. I might have to revise that to 173. So close to seeing 174 today. I got really excited!!!

Thank you very much! I saw your pictures and you look amazing too. It really shows well on you. I had to take pictures before I saw any difference in me, where you the same way?

I can't wait to see one 170's when I get there I will be almost out of the obese range. You are doing great, especially since I know you had a big plateau.

Thank you cebs. Yes! The only way I can tell a difference is through pictures. And I can see it in my own pictures, just not in the mirror.

You will get there. I remember when 183 was so daunting. I was scared I would never get past. But YOU WILL.

Started on my new workout plan today. Doing cardio M,W,F and strength training T,R. So far today I have played WII Sports TENNIS and Boxing I have 28 minutes of Moderate Activity and 5 minutes of Vigorous Activity on my GWF. My goal is to get a total of 1 hour of activity, DH said we would either go for a walk or play tennis tonight after work. So I am going to wait for him to do the rest, if he doesn't want to do something I will walk on the treadmill.

7 more days until school starts. I am ready for it and it so much better shape than I was last fall. Not only have I lost 38lbs (hoping on 40 by the time classes start). I now know I can walk up and down the stairs without getting winded, I can rush to my classes and not get tired, and I have the energy to study.

Just want to check how everyone is doing? I know this challenge is ending for a lot of people very soon. Ends for me tomorrow.

I did very well this challenge.

I am now consistently sleep 6hrs during the week and over 7hrs on the weekend, which may not be exactly where I wanted to be but its better than 4-5 hours a night.

Instead of getting to 185 in this challenge I have gotten down to 180, I will weigh in again tomorrow for a final check.

I can walk up and down the stairs at school without feeling like I am going to keel over. No longer will I be using the elevator just to go one floor.

While it was too hot for my husband and I to start hiking, we did walk a lot in the past few weeks in the evening around our property. Other then that I have been using the Wii fit a lot more for exercise when it is too hot, and the treadmill is getting use now that my class is ended.

I have prepared, and worked out all the kinks in my new workout plan and am ready to stick by it this semester.

How about you girls? Even if you didn't meet your original goals I am sure you have all made great progress.

These past two weeks have been bad food weeks so I don't think I've lost any, BUT I managed to average out weekly both weeks at maintenance calories for my current weight, so I shouldn't have gained any either (@_@ like yesterday I had 3065 calories, but since I also had two days this week I ate around 1700 calories, that balanced out to about 2250, maintenance for my weight). I guess because I was leaving everyone wanted to go out to eat with me, and have treats, and then the biggest one was yesterday on the airplane... it genuinely isn't possible for me to be low-cal on an airplane. All I did was eat oatmeal for breakfast, and a small snack wrap at the airport and two parfaits (totaling 830), and after that I just ate the two meals they fed us on the airplane (no pop though, I only drank water) and I ended up that high in cals. Oh well. I only have to go on an airplane like 4 times a year, so I think I can deal. Now that I'm back at college I can go back to losing mode, after my short two-week maintenance break. ^_^
So assuming I've just maintained these past two weeks, meaning I should still weigh around 173, which would still put me two pounds lower than my goal for this thread, so it was a definite success for me!

Today is officially the first day of the term so this challenge is done for me. I held steady at 180 today, however TOM is here this morning so I am not upset about it.

Great work everyone with what you accomplished!

Well, I didn't hit the goal for this challenge (would have to look at my ticker to see how much I'm off by) but that's okay! I've made progress. Congrats to everyone who participated in this challenge :)

Nope, didn't make the goal. My scale WILL.NOT.MOVE. No matter WHAT I do. Frustrated? Indeed. Whats the next challenge?
