I buy the Wal-Mart brand flavoring packets and they have no calories. I really like the lemonade and pink lemonade flavor.
I count them towards my water intake. |
Yep, that's why it's incredibly important to read the labels everytime you pick something up. A lot of things have 2 or more, servings but a normal person would consider it one serving. I tend to check the label and calculate how much I would eat in one setting and figure the calories that way.
Sometimes they change the recipe and something that used to have 60 calories now has 80 caloires-like the Yoplait fit and light yogurt. I usually put one packet into a 1 liter bottle of water. Or sometimes I put 1 packet into a 2 liter bottle and stick in the fridge. And it always counts toward my water intake. Good luck Sarah in MD |
