Looking for a raspberry vinigarette recipe
 

I had this delicious raspberry vinigarette, ( sorry if the spelling is off), at Culvers on a salad, and it was delicious. Does anyone have a recipe that they have used?

* 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
* 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
* 1 tablespoon herbes de provence, dried
* 1/2 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
* 2 cloves garlic, crushed
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup canola oil
* 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

1. Whisk together mustard, vinegar, lemon juice,garlic,herbs,salt and pepper.
2. Gradually incorporate oils in a steady stream while whisking vigorously to emulsify.
3. Cover and chill.

I don't know if this is like theirs, but this is a very good dressing.
