Calorie King lists a 4 ounce portion of country style ribs both lean and fat as 371 calories. Do you think that's the weight of just the meat or the meat and the bone combined?
I weighed one of my cooked ribs with the bone in it (no sauce) and it's about 4.5 ounces. Meat only weighs about 3.25 ounces. It is a fairly fatty cut.
Not sure how many calories to count this as. Thoughts?
