  • Hi everyone! I am new to calorie counting and would love to chat with you guys. I am almost a month into my plan and I am really enjoying it immensly. I am calorie counting and trying to eat as many whole foods and possible. I am also changing my thinking this time. I am not on a diet. This is a lifestyle change. It is the only way I can succeed! I look forward to getting to know you!
  • Welcome Kelleewl! I'm new here too. I've decided that calories in and calories out is the only way for me to lose. Low carb....I keep my carbs right, but I still eat too much to lose. WW I eat my points and the extra points they allow....and I don't lose. So I have got to know the precise calories I need to get this weight off. Plus...I really need to exercise...that's my achilles heel.
