Starting my diet tomorrow....

    I'm nikki and i am 27..i have done weight watchers in the past and it is a great plan however i dont have the money to join right now and still afford the healthy food LOL..so thought i would try calorie counting for a while and see how it go's

    here is my meal plan for tomorrow...let me know if i am doing this right

    Breakfast: cereal w/ milk: 310
    apple ( hmm have to look that up im guessing around 90 cals though)

    Snack: special k bar ( 90 )

    Lunch: chicken cordon bleu (350)
    carrots (35)

    snack: 100 cal pack

    Dinner: Lean cuisine (300)
    apple (90??)

    Dessert: SF Pudding ( 60)

    total of about 1460
  • Sounds pretty good. I would try to throw one more veggie in at dinner, maybe a leafy green salad unless your lean cuisine has veggies in it. I would also add some protein for bfast, maybe a couple of egg whites.
  • I'd add in another fruit or two it can be something small like a clementine they are only 35 cals. or a small banana for 60 cals... etc.

    and then 2 veggies like baby carrots or cucumber slices, grape tomatoes what ever you like..

    and I agree about throwing in some protein for breakfast you could put some peanut butter with your apple slices or a boiled egg, or banana
  • Welcome.Looks like you are on the right track.Start with you plan.You can always tweak things as you go but the first step is starting.Good luck.
