a size 10 is hardly big at all but I do understand if you want to get to a size4/6 that's my goal and I'm one inch taller than you..

Hi, I know a size 10 is not that big when I was a 22, however I am still considered overweight, and would like to get into a 6/4 because I think that would put me pretty close to a healthy weight if not there, besides I think that would look healthy on me. I was a size 4 when I got married, but by today's standards(they have upped them) that would have been a 2! Thanks for support yesterday I was not being good, but today I am!

WOW look at your accomplishment from a size 22 to a 10, that something to proud of in itself. also at my weight know I'm still considered overweight too. I think 145 is a normal weight for my height. a size 6 is where I want to be also. The lowest I've ever been was a size 0/2 and 108 pounds but that was when I had the stomach flu and I before the flu I was weighting 126. I looked terrible at that weight my face was all sunk in..I looked like skeletor
