I tended to stay about 1300-1500 the first two months but as I have been way less active since my ACL graph I have been totally lazy in bed I've tried for about 1000 and have failed and it's been more like 600-900. Blah. I've lost like 5 pounds but it's not good so I'm kicking it back up to 1200 and it's not bad. Just be sure to eat really nutrient rich foods, drink a ton of fluids and exercise will help slim down before your trip. Congrats to you for your sucess so far! Have a blast in Florida!

I ate 1200 for a while... while seeing a nutritionist. I just wasn't losing at higher ranges and exercise wasn't an option. That being said, I took lots of supplements and got a good portion of my protein through low cal shakes. The food I ate was high nutritional density food and I ate little amounts all the time. Constant fueling.
