Tomorrow is the first day of spring, and most Rita's Water Ice stands have their grand opening and give away free regular-sized water ice.

My calorie counter book lists these at 285 calories for a regular size.

Hey twilight, I had never heard of these, but On an off chance, I googled ritas water ice, and their website came up. They had a nutritions section, they look yummy!!!! good luck!

We are getting a Rita's locally, they have been working on it for a while. I wonder if they are gonna open tomorrow.

Love the stuff....do my best to stay away. Their website has the nutritional info. The kids size is a nice treat. Maybe I'll take the little ones there tomorrow night for a free one. ;)

No Rita's for us tonight. We took the kids by one and it was so crowded we weren't going to wait for our freebie. We'll go back and pay for it another day.

I did run into 7-11 to get a couple bananas for the morning and I discovered the Crystal Light Cherry Limeade Icee! YUMMMMMYYYY!!!! :D

Our Rita's isn't open yet. I went by there today in hopes but no such luck.

We don't have a 7-11 either. :(

So I went home and made my own crystal light slushee. Yum!
