I hadchicken fajitas tonight. I order corn tortillas but leave the beans/rice alone, sometimes I will eat beans if they are black beans. Refried beans are like half fat because they are oftenn made with lard I am told. I usually don't need it anyway the meat and veggies with tortillas fill me up just fine.

When I visited my family in the US the last time, they took me to Outback and I could not help laughing my self silly. The food is nothing like Aussie food. Well, okay, that's an exaggeration but some of the stuff is just excessive. Thanks for the tips and I had no idea about how they marinade their steak. Ick! What a terrible thing to do with a nice slab of beef. I'm sure I'll be dragged there again by my cousins when I visit next, so I'm glad I'm prepared.
