I know there is a board for this but I was wondering if we could post some before/along the way/after pictures.... come on... motivate me :D

Oh wow! Thanks for sharing... I'm 5'8.5 so it was nice to see what you looked like as you lost. THAT is motivation lol

I'm a maintaining calorie counter, was just about to put up my six month at goal post... I'll post a before and after here too. :)

Before: 2003, I'm pretty sure highest weight...

I did this with Calorie counting ;) post with some pics here there are more recent ones on there too if ya look around, the pics on that post were 1 year of calorie counting and 165 pounds gone.

I'm 5 foot, 8.5 inches....started at 220 and I'm now 140....

First pic is on my wedding day, July 4, 2007. I started working out at the end of that month. Second pic was taken last month... :carrot:

Wow all you guys look great!!! and definitely a positive motivator... I'm finally in the high 150s and I'm looking forward to getting to my 125 and I will... I started at 176 on Jan 19th..

OMG, it's always humbling to face the "before" shots. The first two were taken in the fall of 2006. The second photo was Thanksgiving dinner 2006, we went out to a buffet, of course. I remember that this was the ONLY dress that I could barely squeeze into, and I thought that black was slimming !!! I was so in the land of Denial.

The 3rd photo was my first half marathon post-weight-loss in Feb 2008. And the last photo was from my most recent half mary on 3/1/09. I like the "after" MUCH better!! :D

This is so inspiring! It seems like there are so many people who have been successful with calorie counting. It's definitely worth the effort!

I've been at it for just a couple of weeks now. I guess I should take a "before" photo... ugh!

Thank y'all so much... these pictures will be such a big help for me. I know calorie counting works since I did it before and had great success its just hard for me to get back into the swing of things.

I see you have 15 pounds off on the ticker so I am proboly posting these a bit late for you but I hope there helpful to you and others also.(I have lost A little over 40lbs)The first pic In the brown top is at 259.9(sorry it's not a full body pic but It's all I have of the before~)
The second pic in black top was just A few days ago at 219~I am currently also using it for my avatar picture also but I change it with each new picture and You can see the difference better when you can click to see the full size pics..I feel alot better already...
