
I never realized how many carbs I get a day!

But other than that it has been a good week. I've been exercising everyday and feel pretty good. Now I need to see a loss.. I think maybe I have to stop weighing myself everyday. Maybe if I do it only once a week then I will push myself harder. It will be like a competition with myself.

I like to plan my whole day of meals and snacks ahead of time so I know exactly where I am at and won't be left with too many or few calories left. It has been alittle over a month for me and it gets easier and just a part of my daily routine now lol.
