I've had the worst cold since last thursday, it knocked me out for a few days and really drained my energy. I listened to my boyfriend and mom and waited to go to the gym until I feel entirely better, which will be later today. 1st time in a week and a half.
I tried my best to make good decision about what I was eating and count in my head so I roughly stayed in range but the last 3 days I've been super stressed and I know I went over.
I feel like I fell hard and need to get refocused so I tracked for today and am gyming later.
sdkljfsdkjfklsdj I'm so frustrated by the whole cold thing, it really ruined my focus.
