Grilled Chicken Sandwich
 

I went to lunch (not altogether willingly) to a local restaurant. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich was on a buttered hamburger bun, with lettuce and tomato and maybe 1 tablespoon, if not less, of mayo. I also ate 4 french fries. I estimated 650 calories for all that. Think I'm around the right number? I'd appreciate any opinions. Thanks!

(i had that, and resisted all of the fried mozzerella sticks, even with taunting!!)

A local dive, so I couldn't check online or anything.
