    98 cents?!?!??!! Wow, and I thought I was getting it cheap at 1.50 a head. I LOVE cauliflower. Love, love, LOVE it. We had it roasted yesterday. SOOOOOO good. Roasted with lots of spices. Yumm. Yumm. Yumm. I have 3 more heads of it sitting in the fridge. We eat it several times a week. Good stuff. Good, GOOD stuff.

    This variety is just too darn pretty to mash, I love to admire, admire, admire its sure a beautiful one..
  • i used to use mashed cauliflower for mashed potato sub. only I added cream cheese and cheddar cheese. it was pretty good
  • oooh! i love cauliflower! i'll definitely have to try this one. i have some in my fridge as we speak that i was planning on roasting (which is also delicious, with just extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper).
  • If you steam it with chicken broth, instead of water, it is much richer tasting!
