I love the Breyers double churned fat free, its yummy and 90-110 cals per serving. Caramel is my favorite so far!

If I am craving ice cream, I will either get a Wendy's kiddy size frosty, or a regular sized flurry and throw half of it out, or make a smoothie. I make an ice cream like smoothie using a frozen banana, a scoop of whey protein powder (either vanilla or chocolate), a cup of milk, a few ice cubes, and add in either cinnamon, vanilla flavouring, or plain cocoa powder. Sometimes, I may add in other frozen fruits for variation as well. I find these taste almost as good as a regular ice cream. Mind you, nothing compares to Haagen Daas :)

Yay, another AD fan! :cb:

Pssst... there are rumors about a movie...

And yeah, on topic: you people convinced me - I have to try this Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich everybody is raving about.

I don't understand myself, by the way. It's 12F degrees outside and I'm craving frozen foodstuffs. Why? Why?
