So I just had to say that I think I did jinx myself!!! After I wrote this post I stopped losing and I've been stuck at 160 for 3 weeks. Boo to jinxes. I owe myself a Coke Zero.
Edit: I owe myself a Coke Zero was a jinx joke, not a I owe myself a food reward to make myself feel better. And honestly, not even that good of a joke. |
Well it sucks that you're stuck, but just stay on plan and maybe up your exercise a little bit. Just shock your body back into a restart. Got to keep going. :)

I have been wondering the same thing. I lost 3.6lbs in 1 week and I seem to be doing that again this week. I am worried that it might be muscle and not just fat. I just sprained my ankle so exercise is kinda out. I did do some ab and arms yesterday, oh and some leg lifts. I lost about 10lbs in Feb and I stalled for 2 1/2 weeks so kinda weird. I thought I would have hit another stall by now but not yet.
