Wow, that is interesting. How does one have their body chemistry tested? Is it a blood test? What kind of body chemistry makes one better suited for a daily dose of sugar verses, lets say, a couple hard boiled eggs or some omega 3 fatty acids? (good fats). Is it based on your hormone or liver enzyme levels? I've never heard of such a diet, sounds intriguing.

I'm not sure why you are being rude. I don't think I did anything to warrant it.

My plan is 60/20/20. Anyone who has had the most basic human biology course can tell you that the idea we need a lot of protein is a myth. Our bodies make most of the amino acids we need, and the few that remain we can get from a single serving of beans and corn.

There is no such thing as a single plan that works for everyone. I have a hard time digesting protein, especially meat. It just sits in my stomach and makes me feel slugish, which is why my nutritionist put me on a 60/20/20 plan.

I don't eat eggs. I can't even stand to be in the same room with them. The smell alone makes me sick to my stomach.

I found this actually to be very helpful! I didn't know about bmr etc. ha guess I would have been doing something very bad!

I'm sorry you think I was being rude. That was not my intention at all. I was just curious how your body chemistry is tested. I never took the basic human biology class you mention. Actually I didn't say you should eat eggs over your marshmallows, I used that as an example, I also mentioned Omega 3 fatty acids as an example.

What I'm unsuccessfully trying to ask is; how is 200 calories/day worth of sugar better for your "body chemistry" than 200 calories worth of any food that would contain vitamins and/or minerals? I was curious at how that was determined. Obviously what you are doing is working for you as you have lost weight, but from your OP it sounds like it has been a struggle from major hunger to resently no appetite. I was just trying to help you figure out the answer to your original question. Sorry. :?:
