Wow, that is interesting. How does one have their body chemistry tested? Is it a blood test? What kind of body chemistry makes one better suited for a daily dose of sugar verses, lets say, a couple hard boiled eggs or some omega 3 fatty acids? (good fats). Is it based on your hormone or liver enzyme levels? I've never heard of such a diet, sounds intriguing.

I'm not sure why you are being rude. I don't think I did anything to warrant it.
My plan is 60/20/20. Anyone who has had the most basic human biology course can tell you that the idea we need a lot of protein is a myth. Our bodies make most of the amino acids we need, and the few that remain we can get from a single serving of beans and corn.
There is no such thing as a single plan that works for everyone. I have a hard time digesting protein, especially meat. It just sits in my stomach and makes me feel slugish, which is why my nutritionist put me on a 60/20/20 plan.
I don't eat eggs. I can't even stand to be in the same room with them. The smell alone makes me sick to my stomach.
