applebee's Blackened Tilapia ?

Hey Guys,

I've looked high and low for the Lunch Blackened Tilapia sandwich calorie count online and can not find it anywhere.

I split one today with my grandmother and it was yummy yummy but I'm feeling anxious because I can't figure out around about exactly how much i ate.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I could not find it for you at all, thats strange. But their Cajun Lime Talapia dinner with rice pilaf, black bean salsa and side veggie is only 310 cals, 6 fat, 27 carb and 20 protien. So I would not stress too much.

Disect the sandwich, talapia is super low. Just do your best, and then move on, NO stress!
