It appears that 1/4th cup of dried apricots is 100 calories. But what exactly is one fourth cup? How many dried apricots fit in 1/4th cup? Is that around 5? 8? 10?

honestly, the best way is to go by weight versus measuring which means use a scale. You could get a measuring cup and put the apricots in but that'd give you a rough estimate.

Depends on the size. I have some that are larger than others. I'd measure and then figure out from there.

Just GOOGLED this and it told me 6 dried apricots would be 100 calories but it does depend on the size. Using a scale is best.

It should be the size of about a golf ball (I know... super rough estimate). I just figured this out the other day and learned I was eating waaayy too many walnuts haha.
