What's everybody going to do for the Super Bowl?
I just put a huge batch of fajitas in the crockpot - cut all the fat off of a big round steak & cut it into strips, then added a ton of onion & pepper strips, lime juice & seasonings. My hubby & his pals can have it with tortillas, sour cream & all the fixings; I'm having mine w/ no tortillas, plain fat-free yogurt, & salsa. I am not sure on the exact calorie count, but figure I'll weigh it & count 60 cals/oz for the meat & 10 cal/oz for the veggies - does that sound reasonable?
What are the rest of you fixing for the big game?



But I do have to divide every bag into 1-oz. servings, so that my mushy estimating isn't in charge.
