Need help this morning for a Sicily Lunch
 

I'm going to Sicily for lunch and I want to order a calorie conscience meal. I thought about the tuna panini or the Sicily Salad. Salad seems so boring. So, anyone have some suggestions. I'm not much for pasta, especially not spaghetti.

I've never heard of Sicily, but panini sandwiches are usually pretty caloric.
Is there anything grilled, like fish or chicken? That would be a great choice for you.
