I was suggested to take in 1500cal/day..The last few nights, I only took in a little over 1300 and was fine with it..I am finding that I am not hungry but I am making myself eat so I don't go too low with the calories.. Is this right? If I am not hungry should I eat anyway? I really thought that with a 1500 range I would be starving but I am not..I am content but I am not using up enough calories and searching my cabinets at night to get my caloriess up..Does this make sense? Thanks for the help again!
