I know wearing the same clothes and having the same angles help but I haven't had those done. I hope you can get some idea. My swimsuit pic was taken on vacation in April. The grass pic was taken six weeks ago. The red sweater pic was taken yesterday. Thanks 3FC. Thank you for the advice and support and for always being here. So many of you are my inspiration.
P.S. Unfortunately, I don't have the occasion to take pics alone!

Beginning in late May/early June I began watching my food intake and basically just cut sweets and started going to sleep after dinner--which is my danger hour for calories. I lost 20 pounds during the summer. When school started I began calorie counting and walking. In October, I began food journaling and began to run. I also started my move towards a whole foods approach with 95% of my food.
Thank you for asking. I am not to goal yet but I must say, I just feel so much better and am so much more excited about life.
ETA: Also wanted to mention during the summertime I was taking the ALLI pill three times daily. In Fall I cut to two pills. I am no longer on them. I never experienced any yucky effects as long as I stayed on plan.

OH WOW! You look just fabulous! Although I have to say you were pretty bombshelly to start with .
Your girls are just precious. All my childhood portraits are in those same pigtails .
WAY TO GO!!!
Hey, Julie! Thanks so much! With a swimsuit and wrap like that one would think I THOUGHT I was a bombshell. In reality, I was just trying to get by in a place I knew I would be uncomfortable. Looking at that pic now--wow, was I EVER uncomfortable.
When you say you started going to bed after dinner, what time is that? I have a bad night time eating habit...
I am usually in bed by ten or so. Prior to my life change, I stayed up. As soon as I got hubby off to bed I made my plate and got on the computer. HORRIBLE combination!
Thank you. It has been steady in regards to my efforts and weekly loss with only small setbacks. I wouldn't say fast though honestly. Six months is a long time. I have always made sure my calorie intake was healthy.
You Rock!!! I am newly calorie counting and whole food too. I'd love to pick your brain!!!
And the truth is, I would love for you to. I have learned much of what I know from 3FC though. Talking to others keeps me focused which is why I am here. I don't get to do this much in real life as I don't want to offend anyone--many of my friends are large.
Thank you everyone for your comments. Ya'll rock!
