i dont know how!

  • i reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally dont know HOW i did it but this week i lost 1 Whole Pound!!! Whooo Hooooo!!! i try to stay between 1500 & 1800 each day and i actually lost weight FINALLY!!! im so excited because i started counting calories back in August i think... i guess my body is finally ready to start letting go i mean there have been a couple of days when i ate Pizza and Cake and Junk in general - just not very much of it... i ALWAYS entered it into my Log and kept it within My Guidelines... so i guess i AM learning! Thank You ALL So Much For Your Knowledge! I LOVE THIS WEBSITE!
