Hi all! Just found this site a few days ago and have been pouring over the info contained here! There is so much to take in, but just wanted to say hi :carrot:

Feel free to share your knowledge with me.. Heres a little about me

SAHM to a 15month old son loving it and he is my motivation to loose the weight. I have over a 6 year period gained 45lbs and im hoping to loose it all within the next year :^:

I have begun working out 4 days per week and have started to keep a journal and count calories llimiting myself to 1800-1900 per day.

Please share your best piece of advice

thanks in advance

I think 45 pounds in a year is do-able. :cb:

For me - the keys to success have been
journalling EVERYTHING - I use Fit Day.
exercise - I love biking, spinning, resistance training and walking especially- find a few things you love and make a habit of it.
planning ahead - this means going online to see what are the best choices at a restaurant if I'm going out...but also bring lunch to work so I don't have to go out very often.
