WEll CRAP!!!!!!!!
Did my weigh in on Sunday and didn't lose anything :tantrum:
I know that I kind of got lax on drinking my water and didn't write it all done like I normally do. Lesson learned. Too early in the game to get too lax. I actually went out to dinner with some friends and I was actually proud of myself, since we did a appitizer I ordered a piece of salmon on a bed of lettuce but it did have chopped honey pecans onn top of it, actually a mound of them on top of it but hey, I could have done allot worse so I still say Koodles to me :cp: On to week 4 and hopefully I can make it down into my 180's :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: |
Hey redy2lose, I just started too...my first week went great but my second is already causing me heartache...don't know what happen to me yesterday, bought donuts, cinnamon buns, soda for the company - veggie wheat thins for me 14 was my target intake - ATE THE WHOLE BAG! Just letting ya know - your not alone-

I didn't lose anything for a couple weeks and I was good. It was so discouraging, but I stuck with it and then the weight started coming off again. Slowly at first - a pound here, a pound there - but then I dropped 4 pounds this last week.

You'll do better this week! Counting calories really is important. Sometimes it takes something like this to see that.
Keep on trucking, you can do it! :) |
I bet there was a lot of salt in those pecans (water weight) - keep on plugging away (and drink your water, too to flush out the sodium), you will get there. :cb:

It gets easier to make good choices and to stay on plan with practice!
|
I agree with cdiem4994... This stuff takes PRACTICE and it does get easier!
Hang in there! |
Planning ahead is the key for me..last night i knew we were going to eat at wendys so i got oline and checked out calories of different things..It makes it so much easier for me to know ahead of time how many calories i can have and make my choices before i ever leave home. I ended up having the southwest taco salad and no dressing or chips on it. Yummy!!

The beginning is always the easiest, and right after the beginning is the hardest. Just stick with it and you'll do fine. Occasionally messing up is not an excuse to give up!
|
You can do it! It sounds like you're doing great. Just keep at it, before you know it you'll be where you want to be!
