Hey everyone... As I've started putting my weight into my calorie journal, I've noticed a pattern. On days when I eat around 1500 calories, I lose much more weight the next morning than on days when I eat around 1400-1300.
It's just a day to day thing, or else I would think it was because I boosted my metabolism by eating more...but in a matter of 24 hours?
What's going on with this? Anyone else have a body that works this way?
