Well I just got back from a weekend in Las Vegas. It was my husband's birthday so we went to some very nice restaurants. Of course, I wasn't going to go to a steak house and eat just salad, so I didn't. I ate ALL weekend. I think I'd be okay with that if I could go to the gym today, but now I'm sick with an awful cold.
I know how this whole falling off the bandwagon works. It starts with one thing, then another and you don't get back on. So, I just need to remind myself it was one weekend. I can't breathe well today and there's no way I can work out, BUT I am going to count calories! So, I guess that's something.
Anyway...I think I'm going to need a little help getting back into this.
