I love, Love, LOVE walking. I also enjoy Pilates for the buns & thighs, and light weights for arms!

I really enjoy walking, recumbent bike, light weights for arms and the leg press machine. Now that I've built a tolerance to the bike I'll try the elliptical machine.

There's so many things! I love running ... and that tired/sweaty/happy feeling of accomplishment after a really long run. But pumping weights hard is fun too .. and Pilates, and yoga, and step aerobics class. Kayaking is wonderful, and whenever I get to the mountains I love to HIKE! But most of all, I like that fact that now I'm lighter and stronger and I can do so much more, with so much less effort ... it makes the weight loss struggle SO worth it!

Yoga, hands down. Sometimes literally, heh.
Running - yeah, sometimes I really enjoy it, but I have my good and not-so-good days. Lately I've been avoiding it for various reasons, and I'd love to get back to my best form so far. Lifting - dabbled a bit, then slacked off due to lackluster planning. So after some lift-less months I'm going to start NROLFW today (waves at PhotoChick)! Who knows, maybe this will soon be among my favorites, too? |
I love walking too - especially on a lovely sunny day with the stroller.

I use a stationary bike, it's honestly all I have to use! I don't own a real bike and living in the south it's rare there's a nice day to go walking but for two weeks in the year. :p
