Looking over my weight loss logs I wanted to add too, that when I initially added exercise into my routine I did not see any scale change for three weeks. I worried, I was extraordinarily frustrated and discouraged. I don't know why it happened, I have no explanation.

It just... happened. I knew exercising was ultimately the right thing to do and continued on.

Hey - like you I started with a stationary bike as well! I still love mine, it's how I watch TV. Great way to catch up on shows, my family gets annoyed by the noise though.

Thank You FB! You are right, I need to be more patient and relax and just know that as I do the right things, the weight will come off. I think I get in a panic that I'm going to work and work and just stay fat:o But I have lots of experience at losing weight and know that weight loss is not a steady thing. I did not have much experience with serious exercise to know what my body does, so now I know:D

As I looked back at my original post I saw I weighed 248, well today, 9 days later I'm 244, so the scale is moving once again:D

I love my exercise bike too, but mine is quiet, so I get no complaints:D

Congratulations on your success!! You have done a great job!!
