I had graham crackers for a snack today and still felt a little hungry, so I had 2 TBPS of egg salad and I was immediately full.
Ok, so there are days when I'm slightly hungry all day, but it doesn't take a lot to feel comfortable.
So happy. I think I can do this.



It takes a little while for your body to get used to the different way of eating. But after a little while it says ok, i am not going to starve.
