i'm an eat the same food everyday kind of girl too.
breakfast is almost always 1 hard boiled egg oatmeal and banana with milk v8 lunch salad with feta and some lean protein (usually chicken) and a dressing snack yogurt dinner protein salad feta dressing i swear if i lived alone that's what i'd eat all the time... sometimes dinner changes. |
I wonder if that's why we all tend to be comfortable with counting calories. I wondered that about myself a few days before this post. It's fairly easy for me to keep a running idea in my head now. I know if I eat x & y for breakfast and lunch than I need to go higher or lower for dinner, etc. I guess being in a rut comes in handy sometimes!
