Botzz ~ you might find that the spike in the calories for that day might "trick" your body into letting go of additional weight - no guarantees, but as you are generally on track most days, I don't expect this one "blip" to cause weeping and gnashing of teeth.... Your story is inspirational, truly. Keep up the great work, and keep posting. Let us know how it turns out.

Hey thanks for all of the replies :) Erica I am quite a way from there, they did have fried twinkies at this fair I could not believe it lol. I was more just curious about the calories more than worried about them :) and couldn't find something that said x amount per this size = this many calories.
