Not sure how to count the calories in this
I made collard greens as a side for dinner and I cooked them with hamhocks. I don't eat the ham hocks but they cook in the same water for flavor. Do I need to count any of the calories or fat in the hamhocks?

Hey! I was going to ask kind of the same questions: I boiled some ham yesterday before roasting it off, and I'm using the ham stock to make some soup. How do I count the calories in the water?
